He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph O'Callaghan II and Eula Leora Giles; and his brother William Neal. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lee Brewer; his son Michael Joseph "Mickey" (Judy Roy); his granddaughter Rachael Fordinal (Justin Fordinal); his great grandchildren, Keller, Reid, Ryan O'Callaghan (Amanda) and Danna Lynn Harrington (Tom); his child Danna; and also, Thomas (Alicia), Kathleen and Victoria Harrington.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to Caminar Juntos, the ministry of Ryan and Amanda O'Callaghan (Mickey's son and daughter-in-law).
