We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2024, at the age of 58, Clifford Andrew Byrd Sr. in Memphis, Texas, born in Texarkana, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Byrd and Letha Byrd; and his siblings, Alfred Byrd and Retha Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Tonia Byrd of Memphis; his children, Clifford Byrd Jr., Jatavion Newsome, Christopher Giddings, LaToya Giddings, KeAndra Newsome and Kayla Newsome; and his siblings, Clarence Byrd Sr., Von Foster, Anna Beamon, Vera Henry (Billy), Claudia Myles, Roberta Palmer and Doris Byrd. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ainsworth & Young Funeral Home (822 Roosevelt St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Welch Street Church of Christ (607 Welch St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301).
