He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, James McGonagill (Sydna) of Del Rio, Cay Arant (Harold) of Bellville, Kevin McGonagill (Becky) of Bellville and John P McGonagill (Tanya); his siblings, Tommy McGonagill of Marble Falls, Ginger Davis of Del Rio, Walter Dea McGonagill of Del Rio and Guy Edward Henderson of Del Rio; his grandchild Sheyla Vaughn (Jon) of Tulsa; his siblings, Klint Minnameier of Del Rio, Erica Arant Pianka (Tom) of Shrewsbury, MA, Wyatt Arant of Bellville, Ian McGonagill (Melissa) of Fort Riley, KS, Tristan McGonagill of Yakima, WA, Sean McGonagill of Bellville, Elizabeth McGonagill of Burton and Olivia McGonagill of Burton; his great grandchildren, Jace Vaughn, Josie Vaughn, Syndee Vaughn, AJ Vaughn, Kayleigh Vaughn, Aiden Vaughn, Bryce Vaughn, Claira Leona Bloom, Kai James Pianka and Nora Rose McGonagill; and his siblings, Ellen, Sis, Louise, Olive Mae of Sonny, JB, Ralph, Jackie, Bud and Glenn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Industry United Methodist Church (1914 Main St, Industry, TX 78944). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at the Industry Methodist Cemetery.
