It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coleda Wanda Wood of Melvin, Texas, who passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Ross and Mary Florence Hartsfield; her siblings, Joe Arlis Hartsfield, H. R. Hartsfield and Taffy Latimer; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Skipper, Gordon Payne and John Hunter.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Lee Wood; her children, Steven Wood (Vivian) of Fort Worth, Texas, Angela Brown (Alvin) and Philip Wood (Dawn) of Fremont, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Amy Wood Harris, Gina Dailey (David), Lee Brown (Grace), Travis Brown, Rachel Wood, Alicia Kauffman (Aaron), Shannon Wood, Tiffany Wood, Heather Wood, Ben Wood and Jacob Wood; her great grandchildren, Alex, Ayden Wood, Ava, Autumn Dailey, Paisley Kauffman, Darcy, Maverick and Jean Brown; and her sisters, Nelle Hartsfield, Pat Payne, Sue Hunter, Anne Hartsfield and Donna Hartsfield. She is also survived by five sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
