It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zula Pearl Stae of Melissa, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hildred Milton Duty and Pearl Inez Duty (Madden); her husband Bill Stae; her siblings, H. M. Duty, Forrest Duty and Laverne McDaniel (Lavinia McDaniel); and her son-in-law Billy Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Davis of Euless, Janice Stae of Beford, Texas and William Curtis "Curt" Stae of Melissa, Texas; her grandchildren, Cami Simonis (Eric), Patrick Grant (Debby) and Carrie Shillingburg (John Shillingburg); and her brother James Duty (Wanda) of Sachse, Texas. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
