He was predeceased by: his mother Sandy Mayer; and his brother-in-law Bradley Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Mayer; his daughters, Macey Mayer, Kiera Mayer and Kylie Mayer; his father Jack Mayer (Jean); his brothers, Jeff Mayer (Lori) and Jason Mayer (Mercedes); and his parents-in-law, Dale Lewis (Sheryl) and Barbara Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
