With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maggie Lue Goodwin (Melissa, Texas), born in Wolfe City, Texas, who passed away on July 9, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Armstrong and Ester Lue Elder Armstrong; her husband Billy Ray Goodwin; her daughter Belinda Neal Smith; and her siblings, Annette Mayo, Edna Blackwell, Richard and Luther Tom Armstrong.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Goodwin (John Paul Staggs) of Wolfe City, Laura Jeffcoat (Bryan) of McKinney, Lisa Goodwin of Leonard and Lue Ann Mounger (Michael) of Leonard; and her siblings, Ruben Armstrong of Oklahoma, Addie Mae Tidwell of Sevens Point and Elizabeth Monroe of Kemp. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
