He was predeceased by: his father Joseph F. Cibula, Sr; and his brothers, Nicholas Joseph Cibula and David Thomas Cibula. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Douglas Cibula; his wife Melissa Hossler Cibula; his son Ryan; and his sister Jane Cibula.
