He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Marshall and Mabel Marshall (Hurst); his wife Gracie Juanita; his sisters, Louise Johnson, Patsy Parks and Geraldine "Jeri" Caldwell; and his great grandchild Nathaniel Marshall.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Marshall (Teresa) of Van Alstyne, Johnny Marshall (Linda) of McKinney and Tammie Marshall Williams (Jonathan Williams) of Melissa, Texas; his grandchildren, Chad Marshall, Brandon Marshall, Caleb Marshall, Janna Taylor, Brandi Salinas, Jennifer Williams, Jonathan Marshall Williams and Bradley Williams; his sisters, Betty Noe of Anna and Ruth Neil (Larry) of Jonesboro, Georgia; and his pets, Jaxon and Felicia. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
