She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Dowd and Gladys Dowd (Jackson); and her siblings, Lyndell Dowd and Barbara Jordan. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie B. Howe of Olney; her children, DeWayne Howe of Olney, Larry Howe of Olney, Brian Howe of Denver, Colorado, Sherry Smith of Dallas and Pamela Smith of Dallas; and her sisters, Shirley Chandler of Burkburnett, Brenda Depue of Grand Prairie and Tami Dowd of Grand Prairie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
