He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cuba and Rose Cuba (Darilek); his wife Dorothy Thoele; and his siblings, O. J. Cuba, Stan Cuba, Joe Cuba, Rose Cuba, Angeline Hajek and Lydia Cuba.
He is survived by: his children, Cyndi (Richard Boone), Mike (Milea Cuba) and Cathi (Howard Patterson); his siblings, Mary Musil, Georgia Hall, Fran Quinlan, Johnnie Cuba and Henry Cuba; his grandchildren, Mark, Melissa Cuba, Mary Cuba, Mike Boone, Audra Boone, Ethan, Jori Martin, Kenzie Patterson, Coleman and Claire Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Mila, Ellie Cuba, Hadley, Laken, Hayes Martin, Davis, Dustin Wingo and Holcomb Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
