He is survived by: his wife Candace Gilbert (GiGi) of Megargel; his son Zachary; his daughter-in-law Tambi Gilbert (Franklin) of Archer City; his daughter DeLaney; his son-in-law Samuel Clayton of Megargel; his grandchildren, Jordon Tedrow, Hailee Clayton, Shelby Pierce, Aaron Clayton, Gracie Clayton, Mariah Gilbert, Torie Gilbert, Aliyah Gilbert and Isaac Gilbert; his sister-in-law Donna Gilbert of Springfield, Virginia; his sister Ann; and his brother-in-law Forrest Dwayne Dark of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; one brother.
