He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Worth. He is survived by: his parents, Dollie Ramsey and Paul McDonald of Haltom City; his grandmother Juanita Ramsey; his sister Annitta Davis (Ray Davis) of Graham, Texas.; and his children, Colten Worth of Sweetwater, Cody Worth (Amanda) of Olney, Texas, Cooper Worth (Cheyenne) of Archer City, Texas., Cheyenne Garrett (Danny) of Olney and Jenna Lee Hightower of East Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 nephews, 2 nieces and 1 great nephew.
