We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020, at the age of 96, Sally Burch Wheeler of Medina, Texas, born in Ottumwa, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sally Burch Wheeler to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Burch and Estella Burch; and her husband Carl. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lorayne Wheeler of Austin; and her close friends, Manuel and Cindy Tamayo. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Sally requested that all memorials go to Outreach International.
