She is survived by: her husband Joe T. Jacobs Jr.; her brother Dennis L. Campbell (Diane); her siblings-in-law, Donald Jacobs (Janet) and Bea Rouse (John); her sons, Joe T. Jacobs III (Rennae) and James M. Jacobs; and her grandchildren, LeAnn Jacobs, Joe T. Jacobs IV (Deborah), Joshua Herrera, Jerel Jacobs (Amanda) and Becky Smith (Caleb). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a great number of friends.
