He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robinson and Mary Robinson; and his granddaughter Noelle Cleckler. He is survived by: his children, John Scott Robinson (Beatrice) and Natalie Robinson; his sister Judith Hudson; his former wife Rose Robinson; and his grandsons, Axel Robinson, Aiden Robinson, Matthew Felan and Nick Cleckler.
