He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Mosher and Doris Mosher (McGill); his daughter Angel Samantha; and his sisters, Kay Williams, Doris Hallem and Cheryl McNett.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Katharine and Kristen; and his siblings, Brenda House, Karen Forester (Charlie) and Gary Davenport (Vickie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
