He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Neff and Ella Neff (Ulbricht); his sister Lucille Ewald (Neff); his brother-in-law Robert Ewald; and his close friend Peggy Archie (Gallagher).
He is survived by: his children, Jeania (Neff), Eddie Brandon, Nancy (Neff), Lee Land, Steven and Catherine Neff; his grandchildren, Lauren Land, Ryan Brandon, Lindsay Flynn, Brittney Holmes, Amanda Brandon, Gillian Neff and Steven Richard Neff II; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Chloe and Liam; his niece Carol Hagen; and his nephew Daniel Ewald. He is also survived by friends and family.
