He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernell Marie (Parsons) and Leroy Lewis; his wife Connie Lewis (McKee); and his son Michael Lewis. He is survived by: his son Scott Lewis; his brother Leroy Lewis; and his caregivers, Lisa Miculka and Vivian Mckee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
