She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Blue and Helen Blue; her husband James Francis; her son James Michael Francis; and her siblings, Howard Leo "Buddy" Blue, Gladys Marie Randolph, Iva Joyce Larsen and Ethel Lee "Sissie" Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Francis of McLeod, Mitch Francis (Becky) of Atlanta, Texas and Mitzi Francis of Bloomburg, Texas; her daughter-in-law Yvonne Francis of Vivian, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Lynn Francis, Terri Francis, Heather Peterson, Brian Francis, Melissa Ernest, Dallas Geis, Anthony Martinez and Michael Martinez. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
