He is survived by: his wife Anita McLeod Smith; his children, Cal Smith (Suzanne), Andrew Smith (Andy) and Jamie Collins; and his grandchildren, Skylar Smith, Madi Smith, Hank Smith, Vivian Smith, Tyler Collins, Jacob Collins, Chloe Collins, Brady Collins, Lauren Hill and Brooke Hill.
