He is survived by: his spouse Berthie L Evans; his children, Terry D Hart, Jimmy D Hart, Kathryn L Dees, Samuel R Hart and Christopher D Hart; his grandchildren, Christopher S Dees, Matthew D Dees, Justin Hart, Lane C Hart and Lauren E Hart; and his great grandchildren, Taylor and Brookelynn.
