He was predeceased by: his parents, O. K. Lee and Maggie Lena Bearden Lee; and his wife Judy Ann Lee. He is survived by: his children, Ken Lee (LeAnn) of Odessa, Marc Lee (Kathy) of San Angelo and Penny Carr (David) of Pampa; and his brothers, James Lee of Pampa and Junior Lee of Pampa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
