He was predeceased by: his parents, Mortimer Cady and Anna Cady (Lynn); his wife Frances; and his siblings, Lynn, Dale Cady and Zona Ziegler.
He is survived by: his brothers, S. Navy and S. Army Air Corp; his son Craig Allan Cady; and his daughter-in-law Norma Cady. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends.
