She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Parsons and Opal Ruby Parsons (Anderson); her husband Major Robert E. Forshey; and her siblings, Betty Parsons Lamprich and Melvin Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen M. Burns (Jim), Terry B. Switzer (Fred) and David R. Forshey (Debbie); her grandchildren, Jennifer Deliganis-Bess, Cristopher Burns (Olivia), Joshua Deliganis (Stephanie), Genevieve Olivo (Jason) and Collin Forshey; and her great grandchildren, Jazmine, Michael, Jackson and Samantha.
