He is survived by: his mother Judy Kay Devoll; his wife Paulette Cawthon; his siblings, Randy Cawthon and Danna Kent (Curtis); his sons, Kris Cawthon (Brittany), Josh Cawthon (Laine) and Zach Cawthon (Mallory); and his stepchildren, Richard Payne (Stephanie) and Chelsea Vander Tuig (Nick).
