He is survived by: his wife Melba Sampson; his siblings, Helen and Jerry Sampson; his sons, Jesse and Zachary Sampson; and his grandchildren, Harlie Sampson, Anna-Mae Sampson, Kaleb Jordan, Kayleigh Sampson, Savanah Sampson, Sydney Sampson, Eric Sampson, Madelyn Sampson, Alyssa Sampson and Titus Sampson.
