She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Marian Nail and William Wayne Isaacs; her husband John Gates Mothershead; and her brother Wayne Robin Isaacs. She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Blankenhorn, Tricia Foster and Paige Sherman (Jeff); her sister Linda Wilcox (George "Bob"); her grandchildren, John Blankenhorn, Kelsey Rubeck (Garrett), Sarah Mathieu (Andy), Kyle Foster, Kara Odom (Blaine), Joseph Sherman and Ben Sherman; and her great grandchildren, Elaina Odom, Watson Rubeck and Adler Odom. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given in Pat's name to St. Peter's Episcopal Church Office (511 Foote Street, 75069).
