He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Parker and Lois Parker; his daughter Tammie Sue Parker; his son-in-law Paul Ballard; and his brothers, Buddy Parker, Arnold Parker and Alfred Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Parker of McKinney; his children, Sharon Rowe (John) of Aurora, Colorado, Lynn Chapell (Gordon) of Tucson, Arizona, Laura McGinnis (Randy) of Broomfield, Colorado and Jaakko Johannsen (Nicola) of Berlin, Germany; and his siblings, Christine Huntsman of New Braunfels, Texas and Joe Dan Parker (Mary Ann) of Richmond, Texas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
