He is survived by: his brother Leong Siew Ka; his sister-in-law Susan Leong; his sister Leong Lai Ying; his brother-in-law Chang Ah Soo; his sister Leong Ngan Ying; his nephew Wong Kong Kiet; his wife Cecilia Leong; his children, Melissa Poy (Rick), Axel Leong and Justin Leong (Chelsea); his granddaughters, Emma and Sophia Poy; his brother-in-law Wong Hon Sum; his sister Leong Siew Ying; and his brother-in-law James Tan.
