He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauretta Knekow and Ernest Knekow; his sister Shirley Manyluk; and his wives, Aileen Knekow and Sue Knekow.
He is survived by: his grandchild Lee; and his children, Lois Ruthstrom (Gunnar) of Alpine, Linda Elliott (Scott) of McKinney, Michael Bader (Jane) of South Carolina, Kenneth Bader of Pearland and Robert Bader (Mirtha) of Houston. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
