He was predeceased by: his grandchild Addison. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; and his siblings, Marc Harvey and Karen Millard. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Cross Road Christian Church (3755 FM1461, McKinney, TX 75071).
He then served for an additional 26 years with the Department of Defense, for which he received the Department of the Army Superior Civilian Service Award, Meritorious Civilian Service Award, and the Thomas Knowlton Award for his contributions to the field of Military Intelligence, finally retiring from public service in 2018.
