We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2025, at the age of 49, Krista Nicole Rogers of McKinney, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Herman Earl Harendt; and her nephew Fletcher Harendt. She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Dell Harendt (Mitchell); her husband James Rogers of McKinney; her sons, Christopher Louis Kerekgyarto of McKinney, Steven Douglas Kerekgyarto of McKinney and Nicholas Adam Kerekgyarto; her daughter-in-law Coya Rogers of McKinney; her brother Michael; her sister-in-law Marcie Harendt of Tomball; her brother Jason; her sister-in-law Shauna Harendt of Collinsville; her brothers, Aaron Harendt of Gainesville and Randy; and her sister-in-law Christi Johnson of Strawn. She is also survived by 4 aunts; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
