He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Fields; his grandparents, Carl, Georgia Fields, Ira and Minnie Todd; his uncles, Waymon "Pete" Todd (Johnnie) and Wallace "Tooter" Todd; and his cousin Mike Todd.
He is survived by: his mother Jean Fields of McKinney; his wife Pauline; his son Connor of McKinney; his siblings, Melody Miller (Bill) of Anna and Jerry Fields (Genae) of Cypress; his nephew Chris Fields (Nicole) of Prosper; his great-nephew Easton; his niece Avery; and his cousins, Chris Todd of Oregon, Julie Lindgren (Vince) of California and Todd Lindgren (Melanie) of California.
Memorials may be made in his memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
