She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fairbrother and Edythe Fairbrother (Hadley); her sister Karen Lavoie; and her niece Bethanie Lavoie. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Anderson, Jr. of McKinney, Texas; her children, Arthur Anderson, III (Lori), Madison of Fort Worth, Texas and Rebecca Penn (Ryan); and her grandchild Ashley of McKinney, Texas..
