He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Powlen and Jessie Powlen (Myers). He is survived by: his daughter Hillary Powlen Croissant (Eric) of Melissa; his grandsons, Weston and Judson Croissant; and his brothers, Samuel Powlen (Kathy) of Farmersville and William Powlen (Susie).
