It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Garth Kelley of McKinney, Texas, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyola Cleon Kelley and Mabel Giles Kelley; and his sister Mary Lee Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Dodie Kelley of McKinney, Texas; his sons, Keith Joel Kelley (Cheryl) of Encinitas and Kirk Lee Kelley (Jessica) of Portland, Oregon; and his grandchildren, Kristen Kelley of Sacramento, Kelsey Kelley of Portland and Hattie Kelley of Portland, Oregon.. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
