He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bell and Augusta Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Ina; his children, Michele Arnold (Harvey), Shawna Austin (Kevin), Brandi and Bret; his grandchildren, Cheyenne O'Daniel (Dustin), Coleton, Kaleb, Spencer and Ryan; and his great grandchild Carmen O'Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Jerry's name to American Cancer Society.
