He was predeceased by: his parents, John MacDougall and Mae MacDougall; his siblings, Bob, JoAnn, John and Barbara; and his granddaughter Angelina Cicone.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Ruth, James Patrick and Tracy Lynn; and his wife Patricia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, an organization James felt strongly about.
