She is survived by: her spouse Pat Cummins; her children, Tim (Marsha Cummins), Mike (Martha Cummins) and Darla (Don Dona); and her sisters-in-law, Cindy Cummins of Marble Falls and Janelle Cummins of Gainesville, Texas.. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, three nephews and two nieces.
