He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubymae Connell (Morton) and Harmon Connell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Connell of McKinney, Texas; his children, Christopher Connell (Amy) of Missouri City, Texas and Tara King (Jeremy) of Prosper; and his grandsons, Parker, Avery, Stephen, Michael, Jackson, Jacob and Noah.
