He is survived by: his wife Donna Tunnell; his sons, Garrett (Juliana), Jarrad (Katherine) and Luke; his grandchildren, Garrison, Keaton, Addison, Ethan, Kyler and Reagan; his brothers, Jerry (Annie) and Mike (Cyndi); and his extended family, Roger and Connie Holbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
