He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Lee Boyd, Sr. (Karen Boyd) and Carolyn Sue Horton (Tommy Horton). He is survived by: his children, Monica (Shelby Krause) and Chad (Jessica Boyd); his grandsons, Wyatt Carney, Logan Boyd, Lucas Boyd and Grant Krause; his brother Bobby (Deana Boyd); his stepsisters, Terese Cozad and Shauna Shores; and his former wife Carole Boyd Davis. He is also survived by other extended family and countless friends.
