She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith William Jones and Ruth Adele Jones (Seitter); her husband John August Jacob; her son Gary Steven Jacob; and her sister Ruth Elizabeth Clare.
She is survived by: her children, John Jacob (Robin) of Plano, Robert Jacob (Pat) of Long Island, Sharon Chappelear (Brad) of Allen, Glenn Jacob (Chris) of Clifton Park and Sandy Hodgins (Jim) of Allen, Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
