She was predeceased by: her father Eduardo "Datche" Perez; and her siblings, Linda Crow and Ronnie Perez. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Edward Gilreath of Sachse, Texas and Nicole Shilene Miksa (Chris) of Lucas, Texas; her grandchildren, Emma Nicole and Alec James Miksa of Lucas, Texas; her mother Pat Perez of Wheat Ridge, Colorado; and her brothers, Eduardo J. Perez, IV (Jing Lu) of Golden, Colorado and Danny Perez (Vicki) of Arvada, Colorado..
