He is survived by: his wife Vicki Olivo of McKinney, Texas; his children, Dr. David Bronaugh (Heather) of Slidell, Louisiana and Rebecca Priddy (Wayne) of Caddo Mills, Texas; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Piper and Lance.
