He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, AC and Cora Richards; his children, Christopher Richard and Kelly Renee; and his grandson John Christopher Aldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Richards Clopp of Dallas; his children, Karla Aldridge of Dallas and Craig Clopp (Michelle) of Wylie; his grandchildren, WJ Aldridge (Lauren) of Royse City and Kacie Clopp of Nachadoches; his great grandchild Jaxon Aldridge of Royse City; and his siblings, Jack Clopp of Flower Mound and Sherry Taylor (Al) of Seagoville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
