He is survived by: his father William Perry Caldwell; his wife Debbie Caldwell of McKinney, Texas; his daughter Christie Prisk (Ricky); his grandson Kevin Prisk of Hereford, Texas; his son William "Casey" Caldwell; his daughter-in-law Catherine Reedy; his granddaughters, Waverly Woodring of Deerfield, Illinois, Viola Caldwell of Deerfield, Illinois and Penelope Caldwell of Deerfield, Illinois; his daughter Randi Thompson (Jon); his grandchildren, Bailey Thompson and Dylan Thompson of McKinney, Texas; his brother Tommie Caldwell (Kathy); and his nephews, Jared of Georgetown, Texas and Aaron of Georgetown, Texas. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
