He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Wall and Lenard Wall (LV); his daughter Sara Wall; and his brother Robert Wall. He is survived by: his wife Karen Wall; his sons, Toby Wall and Jeffrey Smith; his brother Lenard; his sister-in-law Brenda Wall; and his brother Richard Wall.
