He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leeper and Emma Leeper (Harville); his wife Georgia Leeper; and his siblings, Claude, Amos, Clarence, Alon, Herbert, David, Jessie, Beulah and Vertie.
He is survived by: his daughter Hazel Leeper Poston of McKinney, Texas; his grandson Michael Zimmerman of Allen, Texas; and his brother Eugene Leeper of Winnfield. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
